I went to Sams Club today and was incredibly impressed by the professionalism, patience, knowledge and friendliness of a sales associate by the name of Austin, in the computer department. He was extraordinarily helpful spending a great deal of time educating me and answering all my questions about specific computer products. His knowledge far exceeded his position. Not only do I plan to return to him for future sales, but I will also recommend his assistance to my friends and family. Thank you for all your efforts!
