No product ever received

I never received the product I first purchased. Called to inquire about purchase could not get an email answer, called and was on a wait to some lousy music. I talk to a representative who tried to contact 3rd party, never could. Said he could only gove me living social credit just recently tried to use credit for some circus tickets, but was not allowed to use THERE credit for a product advertised on THERE website.
