Disinterested clerk

I went in to the store at 10929 E. Dynamite Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ to buy chap stick with sun screen. The first clerk (Lena) told me where to look. She did not go with me or offer any other suggestions. When I couldn't find it she was chatting with a friend (a customer). Kyle was the cashier and was tremendously helpful and I found what I was looking for in another part of the store. We had to walk around Lena and her friend who stood like book ends blocking the customers while they chit-chatted. Yeah to Kyle. Thumbs down to Lena.
