Ripoff Extremely rude bad customer service breach of contract

I went to rentway and got a computer, bunk beds and stereo. The computer never worked correctly which they would not fix. Then the bunk beds were $10 more per week than quoted. I was told that they had misquoted but could do nothing about it. Then on 2 seperate occasions they messed up my billing date. Their remedy, they want to raise my payment $10 more dollars a week. I am filing with the BBB against this company. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you
