Ripoff bad products defective new incomplete missed ship dates

I purchased an Italian Condo Studio Package NIGHTMARE.

My fridge does not work. I've called three times and sent multiple emails. They don't answer their phones and they won't return mine

My over the range microwave was sent without the over the range mounting bracket (standard to be included).

Originally the wrong fridge was shipped. It's hard to remember all the different stories I was told. Let's just say my products did not arrive on time or when promised.

My "new" dishwasher was defective. We had to rip out our new floor to have this new broken machine repaired.

The stove arrived without a way to plug it in. The plug was some type of european thing which costs an extra $500 to have new electricity run in my home to make it usable.

Bottom line, I have a ripped up floor, $200 in wasted groceries, a fridge that won't work, a questionable dishwasher, a stove that looks nice but is questionable for the electrical problems and my over the range microwave has been mounted without it's standard bracket. This was perhaps the largest nightmare purchase of my life.

I wish I would have believed all the negative feedback written about this vendor. They're horrible and I wish I would have never done business with them period. I asked them about their negative feedback and they of course dismissed it. I don't know how/why they're still in business. Some governmental agency has got to do something about them.

All I want is my fridge to be fixed.
