Ripoff paid for but didn't recieve

On January 14th I sent comm south a money order for $114 for them to turn my phone on. They said the phone would be on in 3 to 5 days. When 5 days was up I called back and they said the phone was on two days ago.

I told them it wasn't so they said to check the phone line again. I found out after waiting another 3 days they turned the phone on at my old address after I had given them the new address over the phone and it was on the money order. I gave them the new address again and they said it would be on again within 3 to 5 more days.

After a week the phone still wasn't on so I called back. They told me the phone was on so I asked them what address they turned it on to and they said they old address again for the second time.

On Saturday January 26th I called again they still had the old address on file.

I gave them the new address again and they told me the phone would be on within 3 days. Here it is January 30th and my phone still is not on. They have had the money for almost 3 weeks but I still have no phone service.
