Last august they turned my sevice off with out me being aware, chargeing me late fees and turn on fees, because they wernt accepting my payments with no reason why. So i told them to just deactiveate me at there 179.00 fee, well i just cant pay off the big lump sum that is now300.00dollars. I have a life and other bills too. With a very low income. They wont take a monthly payment of $25.00, inSTEAD they are sending it to a collection agency.
