Pathetic customer service

I recently visited a Petsmart store #1040 to buy some goldfish. I stood waiting for an employee named Amanda who was taping up a bag of rock. She saw me standing there for over 5 minutes. Finally another employee came over and they had a coverstaion about this ripped bag. I was then asked if I had been helped, and Amanda took her bag of ripped rock into the back and was finally helped by the other employee. Couldn't the bag of rock have waited?
