"USA VOICEMAIL" ACI Billing OAN Services Ripoff specializes in "Cramming" unwanted unknown unbelievable

I noticed that my phone bill was too high by about $20.55 for the 2nd straight, so I examined my bill and found at the bottom an innocuous charge from a company called OAN Services from there I found that USA VOICEMAIL was the service I was being charged for.

800-738-5696 is the number that I called, Elizabeth is the lady that I spoke with, I barely identified myself before she tried to transfer me... I stopped her, because I learned from another individual here at badbiz that you don't want to be transferred you'll only end up in one of their voicemail boxes. She went on about needing an account number until she asked for my phone number (you can tell that these people have been coached not to bend over and just take it without making there customer work for it) and she was able to pull my name up with all of the other particulars. Finally, a credit for the past 2 billing cycles are going to be credited to my phone bill while cancelling the subscription, this subscription that I have never heard of, or ever even told about was simply stuffed up my most private and personal of nether region's.

Advice: Don't let them transfer you, whatever else passes from that point forward is much better that getting dumped into a full voicemail... Tell the agent that you want the billing to stop, that you have NO NEED for the service no matter what it may do for you, and insist that they credit your account for the back charges. Good luck!
