Billing services ripoff cramming my sbc bill for $20.50 for the last 3 months for voicemail that i do not have. Can not talk to nobody about the charges san antonio texas

The past three months I noticed that my phone bill is to high by about $20.55. So I examined the bills and find the charges is for OAN - "USA VOICE MAIL."

1-800-926-6435 Is the number that i keep calling, and I get dumped into a voice mail.

I don't know what else to do.
