Ripoff I was waiting for the item over 2 month which I paid, but I nver get one yet

I was waiting for the item for over 2 month since I paid, but I never get one yet. I e-mailed them so many times about it, then finally they send me, but that was a wrong one they send.

They also told me that "We don't have any stock which you won ebay's auction, so I can not sent one."

They prommised me to pay me back for that shipping cost to return which they send me a wrong jewelry, but they never pay me back. They refunded the money for ebay's auction, but they still don't pay me back for that shipping cost.

It is not cost a lot, but I just feel unpleasant what they did to me.

Too much problem with this company. Also they sned me a tracking number for us mail, but it was a lie, they never send me one.

I kept e-mailing them, but they never answer me anymore.
