Misrepresentation and No Representation

I've contacted Prepaid Legal on three occasions requesting representation against Bank of America/Predential Insurance and the State of North Carolina Workers' Compenstation Board. On each occasions Parker Stanbury Law Firm was sent pertinent information and I was told to talk to one of their attorneys. Their attorneys require that you fax the information and documents to them before they assit you. After you fax the information they reply to you by phone and in all three instances of my claims they first make me work at resolving the issue then they state that you must pay an attorney they recommend and thereafter you never hear back what the resolution is or was and you get nothing in writing to substantiate what your contacted them about. I have all three complaints pending with Parker Stanbury and have received no results other than being told to contact an attorney they recommend and pay out of pocket. This plan/program is insurance in the event you need legal help and you pay monthly fees expecting help when needed whether or not you can afford any other attorney. Prepaid Legal takes your money, confines you to the legal firm in your area and they (Parker Sandbury for LA) go through the motions but never once have resolved my ongoing legal problems and the last attorney they referred me to mislead me (he is in Chicago), miinformed me and has caused me to have to again go to court to get results Prepaid Legal could have gotten in January. And now, I'm again being told to pay out of pocket. Either this program is legal insurnce (which means payments by others as well as yourself covers legal expenses) and you expect sood, sound legal advise. None of this has occurred for me and many others but our monthly payments are deducted from our bank accounts monthly as though we are or will be helped. This is fraud.
