I have closed my account with Ambit energy and moved to JCPNL. Since Nov I have a credit of over $515.38 since Nov. I have spoken many occasion to the Ambit customer care and managers and told they have sent notice on Dec 6th to JCPNL however whenever I contact JCPNL I am told otherwise. Once again I called JCPNL on Feb 11 to verify if they have any notification about my credit. I was given a negative response and was asked if I can get any proof or name of responsible individual JCPNL can talk to. I called Ambit again and requested any of the two options. I was blankly told "NO" from Ambit. It appears Ambit is not interested in providing any credit and making me go on circles. I need an intervention to help me get my hard earned money credited back to my existing utility company. Please help.
