Chadwicks very poor quality - Chadwicks Textured multi brown sweate

I rec'd Textured Multi Brown Swtr today after a long wait for it to be in re-stocked. I ordered a Regular Misses Small although I am Petite. The sweater didn't even come to my waist, was four inches too big on each side of the body, the shoulder seams came to my elbows, & the weave was sloppy. Who has this kind of shape? Yet I have to pay almost $15 to return it to them. No! The product isn't wearable & I have to pay for their poor judgment or keep it for my dog to sleep on this winter.
