Complaint

In todays mail I received a package from Chadwicks for 1 black sweater. I ordered 4 sweaters and 4 pairs of leggings. My comlaint is I was charged $34.99 plus $3.93 for shipping which totals $38.92. When I ordered the items they were on sale. The sweaters were $19.99 and the leggings were $12.99. I called and was transferred 4 times and given a number of (800) 525-4420 that had a continual busy signal for massive calls. I am a long time customer and I really feel my business is not valued. I have lost 2 hours of business time on this matter. I will not be ordering from chadwicks for a long time if forever.
