Bad customer service and horrible scam

I called in after recieving a card in the mail. After i activated the card i decided to go online and view information, come to find out this company is a scam, now i have to close my bank account and open a new one. I called back customer service to cancel they said I had to wait two days, I never got anyone back on the phone I am so scared to find out what will happen to me they have my ssn and birthdate what do I do?
