Non-existant customer service rip off

This company hijacked my bank account information from a research website. Then sent my husband a card and debited my account for it. My husband never ordered thier card. When it was received it went directly intot he shredder and was never activated.

When I attempted to contact the customer service phone number, I get hung up on by their automated system without being able to speak with anyone. My attempts with e-mail have failed to produce any result except to tell me they have activated the card and I can now use it. This is after I told them the card had been shredded. They don't even pay attention to the e-mails I send them. This card is such a sham I hope they get sued for everything they are worth, and then some. I have had to close my bank account and open a new one thanks to their "jacking" actions and lack of customer support to resolve issues.
