Non - responsive, Ripoffs

I have had Aspire Visa since 2000. For a while it was great. Then I someone stole my credit, It was a supposed friend, but I never reported it. I then fell behind.in 2001 I got a Credit Consolidation.in 2004 I decided that The Credit Consolidation was no longer helping me, I decided to pay my credit off myself. It has been a great move on my part and my creditors have been very helpful. EXCEPT ASPIRE VISA: Aspire first demanded I pay more then I could, they called my at work and harrassed me there. I then found a way to pay them what they wanted and have been making my payments ever since. However, recently I wanted to change my due date. I have tried to call, only to get an automated system and no way to talk to a person. I have sent numerous letters and e-mails, with no response. I have tried to let them know when payment would be sent, no repsonse. They are uncorporative and unresponsive. They are no charging me fees through the roof. I do not know where to go, or who to turn too.
