DVD scam from China Internet

This company is a total scam from China. I ordered this "Complete DVD Set" as a
gift and received a few burned DVDs in a cracked case. IT WAS NOTING LIKE WAS ADVERTISED!!!

I emailed the company after reading on their webpage: "Purchase with confidence - we employ the most advanced, secure encryption technologies to protect the transmission of your credit card information when purchasing from us. We are so confident that you will be pleased with your order, that we offer an UNCONDITIONAL 14-day return policy. Return your
order within 14 days for a FULL refund less shipping, no questions asked. And got no response.
