Bill's Body Shop ripoff Completed labor only part of job, spent money supposed to use for materials, Mathews, County

Bill Armistead gave me a $2100 estimate for doing some repair work on a boat of mine. About half way through the job we had problems with his invoices which looked like they were written by a sixth grader. I ended up paying $2200 & the job has never been completed.

The bottom has been sanded but never painted. The hull has been polished, but the transom has not. Fiberglass work has not been sanded nor painted. Payed for steam cleaning the interior, was never done. Bill took parts from the job site & I believe, has sold them. Not one part of the estimate has completly finished.

Bill only did the labor parts of the job. He spent the money on his "habits" instead of buying the materials to complete the job.

Bill Armistead is a punk. He needs to get a life & relize that stealing (in what ever form) is only a short term fix for his personal problems. Some of his more notiable quotes while I was figuring out he was not going to finish my job were...
"I don't have any integrity"
"Can't get blood from a turnip"

That's Ok Bill, you a man in you mid thirty's still playing the games most of us got over in high school. You are being left behind by your peers, & I don't care what you say, failing to produce a productive life has got to be a tuff thing to swallow.
& I, along with a few others, hope you choke on it.
