We called this morning to get a quote to move. They quoted us and so we paid the deposit plus the cost of the move. They e-mailed us an invoice and it was $300 more than she said it was. When we called to ask about it they were rude. After running in circles we asked to cancel our move and they said we would be reimbursed all but $500 of our fee. We asked why and she said it was policy even though our move isn't scheduled until next week. She said even if she had the power to refund us the deposit that she wouldn't. I asked to speak with a manager and she said he wasnt in and even if he was he doesn't take personal calls. I asked for his e-mail and she gave me her e-mail. They are rude, DISHONEST, and CROOKED! Do not trust them!!! MARY AND TRISTA is who we talked to. Beware! Beware! Beware!
