I placed an order 2 weeks before Christmas, thinking I would have them in time for gifts in accordance with their stated shipping method. It has been over two weeks and still no package. I can understand that it might get busy around the holidays, but any attempt to call or email has been useless. I have filed a fraudulent charge report with my credit card company and urge anyone thinking about buying from this company to read all of these usacomplaints.com. There is a reason they have the cheapest prices for these hobby supplies: you will be charged and never receive your order.

If you want what you ordered, when you are supposed to receive it, and want customer service that actually exists, go with pennstate.com or another established company.
