As others on this list - I made an order for pen making supplies. They immediately charged my credit card, but did not send items. After three weeks of waiting, I tried contacting Steebar abou tthe order, but they refused to answer e-mails and their phone listed on the website is not answered.
I filed a report with the BBB of New Jersey, also.
