Ordered bread box plans on 6/27.10 days later no plans, tryed to call, e mail, fax, to no advil. They charged my card. Got their money

I ordered wood working plans 6/27, as of today have not receive them. I checked my credit card account and on 6/28 i was charged for my order. I have tried to call, e mail, fax, with no success. If i had only read usacomplaints. Coms first i would have not have nothing from STEEBAR. (leason learned)
