I want to place this warning to anyone that while shopping online find this so named " COMPANY "

This company sells scrap, nothing else than trash.

I bought from them a police car model with light, siren etc.

I received a real trash: the paint of the car needed to be retouched because of multiple scratches, the siren did not function at all, the lights were on only when you twisted the wires to a determined position.

To contact the supposed customer service
is a nightmare, because I guess this is a company in which one person is the manager, the sales person, the claim department. The janitor..., is virtual, only the money that you pay for this trash is real.
When, after sending back the siren, I was claiming for a replacement or my money back trough the credit card company, only then someone appeared from that company, unfortunately that someone seems to have either a mental or an honesty problem.

I found that buying online you need to be careful, you need to research
in order not to regret aftermath.
I never received the replacement for the siren that i sent back to them, but I think that if my money went to help a mental retarded person, then is fine, but if I was dealing with a thief, then that is not so fine
