Antique vase not separated from heavier objects caused breakage!

Skilled worker constantly bundle good fragile antiques carelessly, by putting large items fragile items as Pyrex containers models, big helping dinner meal, allinone carrier. A little classic container probably the most costly, from the period you start the bag though I sleep anything mild and level along and tied the bag, it had been is damaged from the period i popped the bag!!! I stay five minutes from store and drove. This may be the 2nd moment! Please consider this store. I REALLY LIKE THIS PIECE BUT ITS DAMAGED, I'm WONDERING IF IT'D LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME EASILY DO THE REPAIR? PLEASE INFORM ME EASILY COULD BE COMPENSATED HAVING A VOUCHER

I'd love to discover about repairing it.

I'm sure this will eventually other customers when the few aren't worrying.
