I requested A BRAND NEW guide from their store and obtained, following a fairly lengthy delivery period, a used-book having a damaged DVD in a damaged situation. After many efforts to get hold of them I eventually got an email they might have a return. This can be a university text-book - easily watch for anotuer guide to reach from their store the term is going to be over. They're sluggish to vessel and definitely LAY concerning the quality/situation of the products. I really hope somebody discovers this evaluation prior to making the error of purchasing from their store!
