But, when trying to make changes such as switching to a different carrier via a spouses coverage they mislead, misinform and block all attempt with contradictory information. The service center trolls will not pass you to a supervisor, there is no complaint line, there is no ombudsman. They will not let you do what you want with your money or coverage and they cite vague but undefinable rules, regulations and laws. Even when you comply it is always "do such and such and call back" but when you call back the next troll you get tells you they don't know what you are talking about and you have to do something completely different.
