18775245985 AccountCare did not agree to my job loss for submitting insurance to my credit card for job loss

I have been sent to a civil trial for not being able to pay my credit card in result of my job loss.

Sears is sueing me for not paying the credit card. Having a so called Account Care on my credit card for in case a job loss. They refused to help me and continued to deduct on my credit card their fees. I was suppose to receive a call back which I never received.
