Cancelled account care still billing credit card

Sears/Citicard AccountCare product ripoff. 2 years ago when my claim was denied I requested that AccountCare be cancelled. 1st off I was treated very rudely once I requested the cancellation and 2ndly the cancellation never took place. Attempted to dispute the transactions with CITICard and I have yet to receive any type of resolution. I would suspect that because both AccountCare and Sears CITICard Mastercard are operated by the same company that the charges are just allowed to pass through that way the corporation makes even more money off of their customers.

First you pay the interest on the credit card and then you continue to accrue charges from AccountCare even if your account is CLOSED or over the credit limit these charges are continually allowed to pass through increasing your debt and accruing additional interest and charges. I believe this is a definite conflict of interest and if these charges were to come from any other company they would not be approved. There should be a lawsuit filed against them for these types of transactions.
