AccountCare Cancellation Request Ignored, Charges Keep Coming

Sears/Citicard AccountCare is a ripoff. My claim was denied two years ago, and at that point I asked for AccountCare to be cancelled. To begin with, the person I spoke to became very rude once I mentioned cancelling, and in the end the cancellation was never carried out. I tried disputing the charges with Citicard, but no resolution of any kind has reached me yet. My suspicion is that AccountCare and the Sears Citicard Mastercard belong to the same company, so the charges simply slide through and the corporation profits further from its customers.

Interest accrues on the credit card balance, and on top of that AccountCare keeps adding charges. Even if the account has been closed or has gone over its limit, those charges are still allowed through, which raises your debt and generates more interest and fees. To me this is clearly a conflict of interest, and no other company's charges would be approved this way. A lawsuit ought to be filed against them over such transactions.
