Charged $100 early cancellation after 4 years service

Don't use this company! After four years of service (and I paid my bill every month on time). I cancelled my service. DS Waters charged me $103.00 for early cancellation and no refund on the 5 bottles that I returned. Also, their billing is usually not right. Multiple times they charged me double. They always refunded the money. But it was an inconvenience. I will never do business with this company again. On the plus side, the delivery man was always on time and polite.
