Safeway
Rude staff!

Today at about 6:30 I went to Safeway swan hill the power was out but the shopping by customers went on at usual. When I got to a checkout that had 2 people in front of me I stopped and waited when a team member in her late 20s came up to me and said " please go to the express checkout" I replied I would like to wait here as there was not many in line. The lady then says in a rather harsh tone!" go to the express checkout" so I didn't want any problems, I went to the express service where I had to wait longer in that line!!!

It didn't bother me that someone prompted me to a different check out. I was just disgusted in how I was spoken to as I know that lady has worked there for years!!
