Items Needed to Re-Shipped and Missing Tracking Numbers

I recently ordered several items from sportsmemoabilia. Two items were not deivered by UPS and were sent back to the sender.in addition, other items that I purchased were not tracked by their warehouse. I called Customer Service and Francis and Jessica were very helpful in sorting through the issues. They were both courteous and Francis followed up with me via e mail informing me as to the status of the issue. Great Customer Service!
