I placed an online order for 6 articles of clothing on January 31st which were to be shipped in 5 to 7 days. To date said items have not been received. I called customer service and was told that the items had not shipped yet because they no longer had them in the warehouse; the items were being shipped from a Sears store. The customer service representative did not know when the items would be shipped nor did she know from where the shipment was originating. Do they have inventory control? If so, why don't they know the point of origin of my purchase and why, if the productsd do, in fact exist, why haven't they been shipped?
