Damaged my house Glendale Heights illinois

When my cable drop (digital phone service) was installed the installer hung the wire on the siding, he did not screw into the stud. This pulled the siding off the back of my house. (aprx $400 damage) when i reported this they sent a guy out the next day and promised to call me back regarding the damage. The guy came out and rehung the cable on a hook with 2 other wires on it already (this is way to much weight for 1 screw hook). Anyhow after a month and several calls to them (no one ever called me as promised) i was told that they installed it longer then 6 months ago and they will not pay or fix the damage. I have a clear case in court but as a lawyer told me its going to cost way more than the $400 dmage to sue them. Thanks comcast, glad u value your customers
