I've been a Brinks (Broadview Protection) client for quite some time. Since ADT has bought Broadview Protection, they declined to recognize my current agreement, after I purchased a brand new house and desired to move my providers towards the new target. Our previous tackle was in St. Pete, FL 33705. I had been advised I'd be asked to signal a brand new 3-year contract which my price might no further be recognized. I posted a contact towards the organization in regards to a month before and it is however to get an answer. I also talked with customer support and obtained no-follow communication from their administration. I also posted a BBB criticism, and ADT declined to atleast recognize my current price. This can be a traditional instance of insufficient regard for loyal clients.
