After numerous telephone calls, risks and 40 times, I ultimately obtained a reimbursement from ADT to get a terminated installation. They replied to some notice in the Better Business Institution along with a reimbursement was released almost instantly. I'venot obtained it, but atleast they're today stating (for that very first time) that it's been released. If other people is having an issue using the "customer support" at Guard Your House, try calling the BBB of Central Indiana (Indianapolis, IN) 22 E.
