Complaint:
I received a bill for $22.75 on June 23 from a company called One Call Communications Inc. For a Internet Website Access Charge dated back to February 18. They billed it to a generic name B & A Davis. When contacting One Call in regard to said bill they informed me that they did not have any information on the company that they were trying to bill me for nor had any of my personal information, such as my name. I than asked to speak to a Supervisor. They transferred me to Supervisor 8016. She told me she did not have any information about the Telliss, LLC company who they were billing me for or bill it self. I told her I used AOL for all my internet services and they told me that AOL does not offer the unknown services they were billing me for. I told them I have never heard of either company and was not going to pay anything. One Call then said they would credit my account half the bill and then put a block on the number. I told them I would not pay any bill that they couldn't give me any information on. They told me to look into my computer history folders to find information for myself. I was to find time, date, and usage of the unknown service to prove this bill was legitimate. I did research my folders and found nothing. I try to contact Telliss, LLC and received a recording. I then found a large amount of complaints made against One Call and realized my suspensions were correct. They are a fraud and needs to be stopped. Thank You

Desired Settlement Explanation:
I want One Call to drop the bill, remove me from their list, and block my number from their services. I would like Telliss, LLC to be contacted and informed of incorrect billing and correct any information that they may have. I also want everything in writing.
