ADT/Complete Security Company Criticism and Termination

- Company turns up to set up Program.

- Company doesn't have correct gear – needs to abandon and return

With proper cell.

- Company doesn't deploy movement sensor where Client demands it.

- Company leaves aged cell package downstairs along side outdated backup battery for Client to wash up along aged cell along with other wiring dirt.

- Company doesn't totally check program and it has to come back again later same-day to move room sliding-door indicator to make sure alarm triggers upon starting.

- Company returns to move motionsensor to client-required area.

- Company doesn't spot openings left by positioning into wall where indicator was initially installed.

- No testing more completed.

12/10

- Client sees alarm keyboard beeping automatically with no gates or windows opening.

- Client calls ADT to see them of problem.

- ADT/Complete Protection agendas visit for Friday 12/12.

- Client demands contact from specialist just before coming to do restoration.

- Client remains home from function and Company gets to roughly 8AM unannounced – No telephone call obtained just before appearance as required

- Company leaves function car idling outside client home situated illegally at control facing oncoming traffic.

- Company dismisses client issues regarding probable faulty cell and relocates 2 windows devices. Doesn't cut-away previous alarm housing.

- Company calls his workplace utilizing Client telephone to explain issue as devices at windows requiring moving and leaves areas informing Client to “Keep in Touch”.

- Client again expresses issues of feasible faulty of cell to Company friend/boss when requested if Client was pleased with function done by Company.

12/12

- At roughly 7:40 PM, Client gets phone from additional citizen of Client house (Pregnant Mom) declaring that Authorities have appeared because of alarm sound and her thinking thief might be present.

- Client informs additional citizen that Company have been on-premises earlier same-day to try to appropriate poor program – apparent at this time without success.

- Client calls ADT to state stress of pregnant mom and also to advise ADT of undesirable “service” of Company and specifically demands that various specialist be sent ASAP to fix issue.

- Contracting Organization calls Client to see him that specialist is likely to be at client home on 12/16 “between 5 PM and 6 PM”.

- Client again specifically shows Contracting Organization that the diverse specialist ought to be sent.

12/16

- 5:45 PM – Client Gets phone from Contracting Organization that specialist is “running only a little late” which he'll be coming sometime following the scheduled session period.

- Client describes when the specialist can't get to agreed upon consultation period subsequently specialist shouldn't get to all.

- Client weighs up and calls ADT to stop “service”.

- 6:43 PM – Unique specialist (Not diverse one as required by Client) leaves concept declaring he is on Client premises.
