2000domain - ripoff, do not trust them with your account

I am writing this on behalf of a client of mine, this company will not send him the information that he needs to make changes on his account, they act like they don't care about him or his account because they have not e-mailed him, you can't use there contact us form and you cant call and get someone on the phone to talk to, they will not call you so you are left with nothing.

My client has been trying to contact them for over a week now and they will not respond to his e-mails, I can send e-mail to my client why cant they? My client is about to loose a domain name all because of this company and there disregard for my client.

I have never in my life had this much aggravation dealing with a company, I would say to anyone out there to pass them up.
