I purchased an alarm program from Brinks security alarm at the start of 2007 and also have had only issues. The alarm goes down at least one time per week for no obvious cause. After contacting Brinks and being used in 8 various people, I ultimately could talk to somebody who explained that I'd need to delay per week to obtain a company visit. I'm spending one more $5 to get a support agreement and also the repetition about the telephone claims it just addresses restricted issues which isn't one of these. WHAT AM I SPENDING $5 FURTHER FOR??? I requested to stop the $5 support strategy and he or she continues to inform me that I can't stop it since it is in my own contract conditions. Today I'm mad and so I declare good simply send somebody out to my home. I named on the Wednesday plus they sent somebody on Wed (8 days later). The technology did a complete check-up and stated it had been the movement sensor, he transformed the movement sensor. He leaves, I established it and visit function, I'm at work for around 2 hours and that I obtain a phone from Brinks that my alarm is certainly going off-again. WTF!!! I simply had somebody at my home that "set" it. They arrange for the money to deliver a technology back again to my home to meet up me after 5pm (I am not lacking anymore function). Another technology comes and informs me, its not the movement, it's the glass-break sensor in my own living room therefore, he changes that.in regards to a week passes, anything appears to be back again to regular, than my spouse comes back home in the supermarket to locate a cop vehicle before the home and all the neighbors on their front yards. The alarm was tripping for thirty minutes and nobody bothered to call myself or my spouse. Today I've experienced it with Brinks, I told them to power-down the machine and remove it of the home, they are doing so. They've been auto-billing me each month $37.03 out-of my bank account for an Alarm that I actually donot have anymore. I'm along the way of having legitimate help get my cash back. I advise all out there, avoid Brinks, the sales person created anything seem wonderful keen when he arrived. The contractors went cables throughout my home (I'll never move hardwired again). Their customer support MAY BE THE WORST. I really hope for the benefit, you not have togo through this. Brinks has single-handedly aged me two decades as a result of this. Best of luck!!!
