Their team really are a number of unprofessional individuals who truly know-nothing concerning the Jewelry Company, aside from laying to clients, ruining their purchase requests, being rude to customers who complain concerning the Helzberg unprofessional company. I'dnot purchase any jewelry from these clowns.
