Ripped off my mom

My mother is being ripped off by this company! I am going over her statements due to her being in a hospice facility and noticed that $39.95 has been taken out of her account monthly for a "long distance service." i called the 800# and a "leticia wood" answered the phone. I told her the situation and at first she stated that she couldn't do anything. Then she said she can only reimburse 2 months. I told her she would be hearing from my lawyer. I called back and asked for her last name and address to the location. She wouldn't give me the information at first. I kept on demanding that i had a right to know who was taking money out of the account. She then gave me her last name and the address of 520 n. 3050 east suite #3, washington, ut 84780.
