Dialing USA, ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Chicago Illinois

For 3 months from my banking account money was taken by Dialing USA, Inc. During this time I never recieved a monthly statement nor did I actually use their company for long distance service.

I have already written three times to the company to verify when I have used their service and yet have recieved no confirmation.
