Gave my dealer bad info, gave me a reduced refund Ripoff

I will never shop with US Autoparts again. First of all, my dealer called US Autoparts to make sure the item was what I needed and the US Autoparts person totally agreed with him and said that it was the shock he needed. I get the shock and my dealer says it is the right part # he got from your parts department but it is not the right shock and it is not what the parts person said it was. I called your customer service to get directions for returning the part and the customer service person keeps asking unrelated questions about the make of the car (like I am ordering a part, not returning it). I answered all of the questions as to the make of the car, etc. And then she wants the VIN #. I told her that all I need is the procedure for retuning the part. I do not need to give her any info and I can't readily get VIN # because the car is still at the dealer because your part didn't work. I told them that I was not going to go to the dealer to get it and I want to return the shock. She then says if I do not give her the VIN # of my car, I must pay the shipping. I was appalled at this treatment in this day and age when most companies are trying to improve customer relations. I finally said "look I will pay the postage, just tell me how to return it." I then mail it back UPS and it comes back to me. I take it to the UPS store and they say it looks like it was not either delivered or accepted. I had them send it again and now you folks have the audacity to e-mail me and tell me you will give me a PARTIAL REFUND!!! You are incredible. All this adds up to deceit and poor business. I am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau, badbusiness.com., and the association of used parts dealers of America. This is, by far, the worst I have ever been treated by an on-line business.
