Did not receive 100 rebate check

Dec 10th we were at-best purchase along with a time-warner woman called Lessie Meyer spoke us right into a promotional "unique" to reduce our TWC bill as well as in return obtain a $100.00 refund sign in the email in 6-8 months. She offered us a company card aswell. I approached the amount about the card with no one accumulates. I sent Lessie and she never returned in my experience. It's today Feb 24th and we still don't have our $100 refund check. We've named TMC plus they all move you in one individual to another. We're truly sick and tired of both time-warner and bestbuy has dropped our company. Don't drop for this fraud!!!
