Item Never Finished or Shipped

I purchased the Groupon for $30 ($60 worth) after which compensated an additional $63 along with that for that product and delivery. Them was said to be shipped between 8-12 weeks; I prepared it like a Holiday present, but thought if it did not appear at that time, I'd perhaps simply cover the ultimate image I'd obtained and provide the genuine article a couple of days later. Nevertheless, after 12/23, I acquired no improvements (it is today 2/19, therefore 8 weeks later), and every time I e-mail them to request standing, they claim they've no concept, the designers are on holiday, etc, and that I must simply keep waiting. I expected to get a reimbursement, plus they decline. It has been nearly 4 weeks because I put my purchase, and I still do not know when or easilyam likely to get the product.
