Hello,

I purchased a mini-me bobblehead through Groupon on 10/22 and paid for the product in full (paid $78.71 for the product plus Groupon cost of $30). After two weeks I received an email stating that the face was ready. Within a week of the update, they suddenly cancelled my order and stated that the order was simply cancelled and that I would have to reorder. After going back and forth with 1minime and Groupon they finally determined that there was a miscommunication and started to bring the order back in production.

It is now May 31 and 1minime has not provided me with any sort of indication that the product is close to being completed. I have been waiting for over 7 months for this product. I have sent them emails numerous times but to no avail. I am now going to seek a refund but since they are not responsive I may have to go through my bank to reverse the charge.

Would like to claim this business as a fraudulent business - however I realize that the company is based somewhere in Asia, which again sounds very suspect.

1minime should take full responsibility for failing to deliver... A class action suit should probably be filed for this company.
