Scam/theft

I purchased 10 call back leads from www.youradvantageleads.com which were paid for before I got off the phone with them. When they were delivered only 6 of them met the criteria so I contacted them and asked that they review the tapes and replace 4 of them because they were no good to me and did not meet the criteria that I had asked for. They set me a email back and said they would replace the 4, that yes, I was correct, and listed the peoples names. The next line read.."It is our policy to replace leads on your next order." I sent them an email back and told them that there would not be a next order if that's the way they do business. That's a never ending round robin and could keep someone doing business with them over and over just trying to get what they paid for in the first place. With no end in sight. Many emails and much rudeness later. I got taken for 4 leads @ $17 each. A total of $68. I was not aware of their policy, and they did not bother to "share" that little piece of information up front. They are scammers and everybody should know it before they do business with them. I have all the emails and will be glad to forward them to anyone who would like to read before they do business with this company.
