They cancelled my order on the same day they debited my checking account... Which can and does happen. I received confrmation of my cancellation. But, now i'm calling their 866-938-4832 number provided by their email correspondence, got a person who put me on hold, only to get disconnected, after i said why i was calling... When i called back, their outgoing message said "we are going thru a system upgrade and cannot be reached today, we will call you back w/in 24 hours". Oprah wouldnt like this! Sign me, ScammedOnce...!
